What did you think was going to happen. Did you really think that 20 or more countries can up with a solution. Back in the G3 or G5 days there would have been a chance, but with 20, not a chance. Also I don't think China was in a mood to strike a deal after Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize; and President Obama
called on China to release him from prison. A deal will only happen when the major players have their backs against the wall.
