Goldman: The Fed Needs To Print $4 Trillion In New Money

Since 2007, the U.S. Government has increasingly used short term bonds (3-year term) to finance the budget. This year and next this has to be rolled over and if there are no buyers then the Fed will be forced to buy it up, i.e. print more USD.
